Possible War?

It has come to the attention of I, King Mada I, of Visum Silva that my cousin, Queen Ylrac (YUL-rac) of Yomania (recognized as "Nagging Paridise") has been giving the king hard times. Her capital, her nice fort, has many provisions and electricity. If the war is voted "YES" by the JHPC, I will take my private army and seige the fort. It would be called, "The Kin's War" or "The First War in Visum Silva History".
